Description: Urban Rebounding is a trampoline based program that is safe, effective and surprisingly challenging. Basic cardio moves such as sprints, jumping jacks and boxing drills are just a few of the moves you can do on this great new piece of equipment. The rebounder trains the proprioceptors and stability muscles for better balance while effectively improving cardiovascular and muscular endurance. Learn a variety of ways to use the rebounder including exercises for musculaur endurance.
