 Saturday
June 19th, 2004 FITForces were at Jazzercise,
a one day convention that was held in Montreal
at Dawson College.
Jazzercise had over 200 + instructors that came
along with hard working students that wanted to
have a fun day of training and learning!

 People
came from different places: Montreal, Toronto, as
far as N.Y. and some other places from the U.S.
A fun, fitness and simple jazz moves- that's the
formula that built an exercise empire says founder
Judi Sheppard-Missett, who choreographs and chooses
the music. |

a long rewarding day of training and dancing!
